How to Cope With Finals Anxiety

Hi everyone today I'll be discussing tips that can alleviate some stress due to final exams.

1. Set up a study plan

It can get very overwhelming having to take finals, so setting up a plan for studying can make the study process smoother. Your study plan should consist of where you'll be studying, how long you'll be studying for each subject, and scheduled breaks. Setting up a study plan will make the study process go smoother and be more organized. 

2. Take breaks

If you feel yourself getting overwhelmed with studying or if you feel like you've been studying for too long, then I definitely recommend taking breaks. If you don't take breaks you could get experience burnout or you can get headaches. 

3. Create a study group

If you feel comfortable you can reach out to your classmates and ask them to create a study group with you, this is a great way to study for your final. This method of studying allows you to bounce ideas off of others and maybe gain more knowledge on a topic from someone in your class that understands it better than you. 

                               4. Reward yourself

At the end of your finals make sure to reward yourself even if you didn't really study for your finals, you can still relax. Also remember even if you don't do as good as you thought you would, your still smart. Don't let school dictate your mood, life, or energy.

Christmas 2020

4 of my favorite 2020 trends

 Hi everyone today I'll be talking about 4 of my favorite trends of 2020 this will include fashion and makeup. This is in no particular order, by the way.  1. Puffer Coats Puffer coats have always been around, but I feel like this year more people started wearing the cropped ones. I also saw stores like Target, Northface, and other stores sold these cropped puffers as well. I love these coats because I like how its cropped and they keep me very warm, which is always a plus.  2. Euphoria Makeup This makeup is based off of a TV show starring Zendaya called "Euphoria", in the show the characters wear very bright and glittery makeup. Though I never tried this makeup look I still love it so much. Its so pretty and I just love the look of it. This makeup is definitely a hot 2020 trend that I'm a very big fan of, and hope to try it out myself.  3.
